Customise your PS4 & Vita Backgrounds with themes
Similar to the PS3 you will soon be able to customise your PS4 or PS Vita's background (via themes) - which will arrive in the upcoming PS4 2.0 & PS Vita 3.30 firmware updates.
The announcement was made during a pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference (you can see the video via the Sony website, note the PS4 info is at time-line 1hr 36.22). However at this moment it's not clear as to how much customisation you will get with each theme, but it should work similar to the PS3 where the chosen theme adjusts the interface's font and background look/feel. On the PS4 the themes will be able to contain animations.
No news on the exact release date, but once we have more info we will post this on the site.
In other PlayStation news....At the pre-show conference they also announced that the PS4 Exclusive 'Bloodborne' will be released on February 5th, 2015.
