Xbox Live Games with Gold For January 2017 Announced

While we are getting ready for XMas there is some news regarding the next batch of games arriving on the Xbox platforms in January. More specifically Xbox Live Gold members will once again receive four new free games - two will be on the Xbox One side and two on Xbox 360. Of course you can play both Xbox 360 titles on your Xbox One via Backward Compatibility.

First up on the Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap (a tower-defense game with strong action RPG elements) for free during the entire month of January.

Then from January 16th to February 15th you can grab Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra Edition.

While on the Xbox 360, starting Sunday, January 1st, The Cave (a new adventure game from Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion creator Ron Gilbert) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through until January 15th. Then on January 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Rayman Origins until January 31st.

Note: Titles are available as free downloads for qualifying Xbox Live Gold members in all markets where Xbox Live is available. Some regions may offer different titles depending on market availability.
